Cindy in the house.

On Monday we had to walk all the way to Pt England. We went there because we were invited to a show performed by the students from Pt England. It was their Dress Rehearsal and there were lots of schools that were invited. There were Glen brae, Puau Maori and other schools. The show was great and there were lots of students who were performing. It was a modern version of Cinderella but replaced by Cindy in the house. The main characters were Cindy and Josh. The best part of the performance was when the boys in the Gym were dancing and twerking.

My Origami

Every Friday we have been making Origami. Everyone has to make a simple origami so that we don't waste the papers. We made butterflies, dinosaurs, flowers, dolphins and other things. Last week we had to carry on with our Origami that we had been working on but it is not finished.

Daffodil Day.

On Friday it was Daffodil Day and we had an assembly.  Mrs Vickers handed out the daffodil to the people  who brought a gold coin to donate to the Cancer Society. There were lots of children  who brought a gold coin and there were also lots of children who  did not bring a gold coin.

In Room 12 we made daffodils with paper. Then Mrs Golder had to choose someone who made the best daffodil in our classroom. So she chose Mika.
