To stop bacteria spreading stay healthy by using tissues and exercise daily. We need to eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, cheese and nuts. To help prevent some illnesses, blow your nose with a tissue, wash your hands, and don’t spit everywhere.

We have to wear the right clothes in the right season so that we don’t get a cold. Then we have to keep our body at the right temperature. We also have to eat the right foods to keep us healthy and strong.
